Shipping Policy
New Zealand
Free shipping on orders over $300. $10 flat rate on orders under $300. 1-3 working days for delivery. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural delivery.
Australia
Free DHL Express shipping on orders over $300. $30 flat rate on orders under $300. 2-5 Working days from the time of dispatch.
United Kingdom
Free DHL Express shipping on orders over £200. £20 Flat rate on orders under £200. DHL Express shipping on all international orders. 3-10 Working days from the time of dispatch.
Please allow up to two working days for us to process your order. The below timeframes are from the dispatch date, and you will receive an email as soon as your parcel is on its way to you.
The time frames below are estimates given to us by our shipper and we cannot guarantee your item will arrive in this time. We recommend ordering a week in advance to avoid disappointment. Delivery cannot be made to a PO box.
Returns Policy
We will give a full refund or exchange on full price purchases. Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items purchased using the 'welcome10' discount code.
If you would like to exchange a purchase please contact us at studio@thommorison.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will provide you with a return number and instructions on returning the garment. Returns will not be accepted without a return number.
Costs incurred for the return shipping of the purchase is the responsibility of the customer unless the garment is faulty or incorrect. If your total order value no longer meets our 'free shipping' promotion requirements, the standard shipping cost for your shipping destination will be applied to your order and deducted from the refundable amount. Unfortunately, we are a small independently owned company that cannot absorb this cost if you have a change of heart on your purchase.
All items will be checked to make sure they have been unused, unwashed and unaltered with all correct tags present. Once the garment has been looked over a replacement will be dispatched at the cost of Thom Morison, and an email will be sent with relevant tracking information. In the event of a refund, we will contact you to discuss how this will be transferred.
Returns and exchanges can be made by dropping in-store or via the online store.
Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Thom Morison takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.
